Use any of the "Search By" criteria, along with the Report Year, to search for an existing report, then select the report number to view. Only submitted reports can be located using the search criteria below. Saved-in-progress reports will not be found until submitted.
NOTE: To file a report, access a saved-in-progress report or amend a report, select "Enter Report" from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and log into e-Signature.
