Welcome to Games of Chance Reporting System
The Games of Chance electronic reporting system allows anyone the ability to search for submitted reports and for clubs to enter, access, and add to a saved report. Clubs are required to file an annual report if the proceeds exceed $20,000 for the reporting period.
Clubs can enter data into the report as the reporting year progresses by entering a report and saving in progress without submitting. Club licensees may begin filing for the current reporting year on January 1st. Reports are due on February 1st each year for the previous calendar year.
Reporting Instructions
Use the "Club Reports" menu at the top of the screen to do the following:

Reporting Year
- The annual report is based on a calendar year (January 1st – December 31st), and due February 1st following the reporting year.
- Choose the reporting year for which you are filing from the drop-down box. This determines the period in which you are filing.
- County and Municipality/Township
Saving and Logging Off: You may logoff the system at any time while entering a report. You must save the report first by selecting the Save and Next button at the bottom of the screen.
To access a saved-in-progress report, a club must use the same Games of Chance License Number it was assigned at the beginning of a calendar year and throughout the reporting year, regardless of whether the county issues a new license number during the year.
