IMPORTANT:
You are not required to file a report if your proceeds do not exceed $20,000 for this reporting period.
This electronic reporting system continues to offer a save-in-progress feature that allows clubs to enter, access, add to a saved report until it is ready for submission, and get a head start on future reporting requirements by entering report information as a reporting year progresses.

Enter Report – Select "Enter Report" to file a report, access a saved-in-progress report or amend a report.

When entering reports you will be required to enter the following 5 key identifiers:
  1. FEIN/SSN
  2. Games of Chance License Number
    • The annual report is based on a calendar year (Jan 1 – Dec 31).
    • To continue to access a saved-in-progress report, a club must use the same games of chance license number it has been assigned at the beginning of a calendar year and throughout the reporting year, regardless of whether the county issues a new license number during the year.
  3. LID Number
  4. Reporting Year
    • Choose the reporting year for which you are filing from the drop-down box. This determines the period in which you are filing.
  5. County and Municipality/Township
NOTE: Please maintain a record of information entered for the unique identifiers above. They must be entered the exact same way each time the reporting system and a saved-in-progress report is accessed. If you are unable to retrieve your saved-in-progress report, email the department for assistance at RA-SGOC@pa.gov.

Saving and Logging Off: You may log off of the system at any time while entering a report so long as you save the report before doing so by selecting "Save and Next" on the entry screen.
